About Us

Founded in 1977, The Miami Seminole Club is one of more than 90 local organizations that supports and promotes Florida State University’s excellence in athletics and academics. The Miami Seminole Club is an extension of the Florida State University Alumni Association, the National Seminole Boosters and the University’s Office of University Relations.

The Miami Seminole Club is here to unite alumni, boosters, fans, and friends of Florida State University to foster a continued bond of collegiate fellowship, supporting ties with Florida State. The Club achieves this by providing its members with networking opportunities through special events, community service, and assist the University in achieving its goals through fundraising. Our main function is to raise money for our endowed Bernard Sliger Scholarship, which we award to a deserving Miami-Dade County incoming FSU freshmen.
